The Consumer has the right to return the Products only if they do not correspond to the description given by the Company. The Product to be returned must not have been used, and it must be in perfect condition, exactly as delivered at the time of sale, in its complete original packaging (bottle, box, nylon, protective materials, etc.), without tears, damage or alterations, and must contain all accessories and forms included in the packaging. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. In addition, in order for the return to be accepted, it is compulsory to show the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice), which must bear the details of the buyer requesting the return.
This right shall be exercised within an exclusive period of seven (7) days upon receipt of the same, within which time they must have already returned them with the Company’s courier service and after consultation with the Company. The order shall always be accompanied by a return form of the Company. In cases where the Company verifies that the Products are defective, the Company will reimburse the cost of the return shipment only, within fourteen (14) days from receipt and inspection of the returned Products. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. The refund shall be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
