In the current period, we ship Products worldwide. We will do our best to prepare your order within two (2) days of receipt. Upon shipment, an order number is sent to your email so that you can track your order.

Shipping charges may vary depending on several factors, including the weight or volumetric weight of your order, the destination (urban, island, or remote areas), the delivery method (e.g. to a home address or a pickup point), the selected courier service, and any additional services requested (e.g. cash on delivery), if applicable.

Please note that for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time and charges may apply. Surcharges may also be imposed seasonally or regionally, particularly for deliveries to islands or during high-demand periods.

In cases where the buyer chooses cash on delivery (COD), a handling fee may apply in addition to the shipping cost. Deliveries with COD may also be subject to availability depending on the destination and the service provider’s network.

Please be aware that in some international shipments, additional charges may apply at the destination country. These may include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other surcharges, depending on the value of the goods and shipping costs. Such fees are calculated and imposed locally and vary from country to country, even within the EU. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to cover any such charges, and the Company shall not be held liable for them.

Fuel surcharges or logistics fees may also be imposed by third-party courier services depending on current market conditions. The Company cannot guarantee fixed shipping costs and reserves the right to adjust delivery options and charges without prior notice, where necessary.

All deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party shipping providers used by the Company. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed, as they may vary due to external circumstances.
